"Well to begin with, I have to say that everyone I work with is supportive of each other.  It doesn’t matter what title they hold.  We are a team. We work as a unit.  As the 3 Musketeers used to say, “All for one and one for all” really does apply.  

The banking system is constantly changing.  Whether it’s rules, regulations, products or procedures.  It is vital to keep up with this constant change.  We rely on our manager and assistant manager to keep us informed.  They support us and encourage us to ask questions and also share ideas.  

I’ve learned over the years that I can trust and rely on the support of everyone I work with.  Together we can get through the best of days and also some challenging days.  I am grateful that I work with such a wonderful and supportive team.  

I know that the future holds many more changes and challenges but I’m also confidant that whatever they are, we will once again support each other and persevere as a TEAM."
